Service Refunds
Because our services involve customized marketing strategies, ad design, and campaign management, all sales are generally final once work has begun. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is appropriate. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
